How to place order with DobiTown?
Just WhatsApp us to arrange for pick-up. Choose the service you need, and we’ll handle everything. Once done, we’ll return your laundry to you.
Which areas cover for pick-up and delivery?
We offer pick-up and delivery within Genting Highlands, Malaysia. Enjoy free delivery with a minimum spend of RM100. A RM5 delivery fee applies to orders below RM100.
Can DobiTown remove tough stains?
Special stain treatment will be charged depending on the stain’s material and size. We’ll do our best to remove any stains, but 100% removal is not guaranteed due to different stain types and fabric conditions.
What payment methods are accepted?
For online orders, we accept bank transfer and QR payment only. No cash payments. Full payment must be made before laundry is returned.
